Customized, cost-effective workforce training
Several years ago, RIT surveyed Western New York bioscience companies and organizations to learn about their workforce training needs. Respondents overwhelmingly reported that a lack of local services forced them to send employees out of state for training or to commit time and resources to provide in-house training. Further, they identified a pressing need for workshops tailor-made to specific organizational requirements.
CBET’s Workshops and Seminars service was created to meet these needs. Bringing RIT’s teaching expertise and advanced technologies to the community at large, CBET workshops and seminars feature:
